General information
Your employer has engaged Mobile Screening to provide its staff with complimentary skin checks.
The service you will receive includes the following:
- 15-minute appointment with a specialist nurse (melanographer)
- Comprehensive full-body skin check using a dermatoscope
- Referral to your GP (if needed)
- Photography of any suspicious lesions from the dermatoscope
- Education on skin health

Terms, conditions and privacy
These terms apply to undergoing a comprehensive skin-check by a Mobile Screening Melanographer (specialist skin nurse), and you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following terms:
I confirm and agree the following:
- I am at least 18 years of age.
- I give my consent, to have a comprehensive skin check (excluding underneath underwear) to be completed by Mobile Screening’s Melanographer.
- I may choose, for any reason, to have particular parts of my body not examined, which will be noted by the Melanographer.
- I understand and agree it is my responsibility to follow up with a medical practitioner regarding any recommendations given to me.
- I understand photos taken on the day will not be kept or stored by Mobile Screening and it will be my responsibility to retain them for any future reference.
- I give permission for Mobile Screening to retain all other information that is collected, including the physical consent form filled out on the day.
- I give permission for Mobile Screening to aggregate my results into a de-identified summary that can be provided to my employer.
Who will see my results?
Only you.
Following the completion of the campaign we provide to your employer a de-identified summary report of how many people were screened and how many (if any) suspicious lesions were identified.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the above, please speak to the Melanographer on the day.
